FLORENCE SIPHRON
Of Gatesburg, died suddenly at 12:10 a.m. yesterday in the Centre County Hospital, Bellefonte. She was born June 14, 1899, at Gatesburg, a daughter of David Filmore and Laurel Jane (Gates) Rider, and married Jospeh W. Siphron on June 10, 1931 at Gatesburg. She resided at Cincinnati, Ohio, for 30 years before coming ato Gatesburg six years ago. Surviving are her husband, three children, Joseph and Divid of New York City and Mrs. Geanne Wight of New Haven, Mass.; a sister, Mrs. Frances Myers of Hollidaysburg, and a brother, Clyde of Port Matilda RD. She was a member of the Gatesburg Lutheran Church and the Half Moon Garden Club. Friends will be received at the Cox Funeral Home, Warriors Mark, after 2 p.m. today.
