  	Jean I. Witmer, 84, Bellefonte, died Monday, Jan. 2, 2006, at Centre Crest Nursing Home, Bellefonte. Born Sept. 10, 1921, in Coleville, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Laura Bryan Justice. On Sept. 2, 1938, in Cumberland, MD, she married Jack E. Witmer Sr. He preceded her in death Sept. 14, 1983. She attended the Coleville School. She worked as an LPN for Centre Crest. She attended the Coleville Wesleyan Church and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Women's Auxiliary Post No. 1600. She enjoyed gardening, the outdoors and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Surviving are three sons, Jack Witmer Jr. and his wife, Peggy, Bellefonte, Richard L. Witmer and his wife, Olive, Spring Mills and Charles L. Witmer and his wife, Mary Jo, Bellefonte; one brother, William Justice, Howard; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her long-time friend and companion, John "Bill" Lee. She was preceded in death by six sisters and three brothers. Funeral at Wetzler Funeral Home, Bellefonte, Thursday, Rev.
