He was a farmer. He was a member of the Romola Bible Church. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during the 2nd World War. He was also a member of the Bellefonte American Legion & Snow Shoe V.F.W.
Carl has 2 daughters; Tammy Rogers of Bellefonte & Joyce Weaver of Howard, 1 Son; Robert Miller of Dubois and 2 sisters; Shirley DeArment of Howard and Lois Nyman of Blanchard. She also 2 grandchildren; Richard & Peggy Sue Rogers and 1 great-granddaughter Kaidyn Rogers.
Services are private & at the convenience of the family with the Pastor Bob Mauer officiating. Burial will be at the Romola Christian Cemetery with the graveside military rites.
