In the Name of God amen I Abraham Miller of Centre County and Centre Township and State of Pensylvania yeoman do hereby make publish Declare this to be My Last will and testament in manner following to wit I promis and Comand my soul to god and my body to the Earth to be buried in a decent Manner as my Executor shall think proper first My will and Desire is that My bloved wife Margit to have all the property She and I now have all the Household beding and all during her Life I also give unto My Son georg Miller Seventy five pounds which Money is to be paid at one years end after the Last of both our Deceases I also give unto My Son John Miller Ninety pound which is to be paid in the following year I also give unto My Daughter Mary Shook fourty two pounds Likewise to Eve Troughtman My Daughter fourty two pound which two payments to be mad in the following year I also give unto Magdelane Crofford fourty two pound Likewise Catrina Miller My Daughter fourty two pounds which two payments to be made in the following year and My Son John Miller is to Maintain his Mother in the same Manner he has don this five years and if his Mother Cannot Content her self with that Maintaining and nobody to wait on her if she should git sick that she should want somebody to tend her that she would rather be with one of her Daughters and they ? ? her in what she wants Mykel Shank who is to be my hole sole Executor who is to force John Miller to pay what part of the Stak she will be in want of Michal Shank Junr is also to see that my will is full filled in all Cases and if any of them six mentioned Children should bring in an account against one that they shall be Deprived of thare hole share and shall be devid amongst the Rest it was also forgot to mention that John Miller is to have the house Clock and also I give unto Jacob Holters two Children that is to Say Sussey and Salley twenty three pound to be Devid it between them this Money I brought with me and bought William Tiptons part of a Mill and Land and put the Money in My Sons hand who is to maintain us During our Lives and that None of them Mills or Land to be Sold until the Last of this money is paid for I have Never given any or ? for the agreement to be taken up which is now yet at Michal Brickly which William Tipton knows thare is also ten pound Remaining over that I did not put in the will which is to Defray the Executor in Witniss whare of I have Sat My hand and Affixcet My Seal this Eighteenth Day of august Eighteen Hundred and Eight

I Abraham Miller Make and Declare this as Codecil to my Last Will and testament I do hereby give and bequeath unto my bloved wife Margit fifty pound to be taken out of the aforegoing sums of mony ten pounds of My Son Johns part and each of the others part Eight pound which makes the fifty pound which money John Miller or his Heirs to pay as soon as she Calls for in witness whare of I have sat my hand and affixed my Seal this Twentieth day of August Eighteen Hundred and Eight

Centre County Before John G Lowrey Register for the Probate of wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for Centre County personally came & appeared Michael Shenk and Frederick Shenk the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing and on their solemn affirmation duly administered according to law did depose and say that they were personally present with Abraham Miler in the foregoing instrument named and now deceased and saw him sign, seal, and heard him publish and declare the within and foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament, that at the same time the said Abraham Miller was of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, that they subscribed the same as witnesses in the presence of said Abraham Miller and at his request
