  Pembroke (MA) Mariner & Reporter, 9/14/2011 John W. Harrison Jr., 52, of Pembroke died Sept. 12. Beloved husband of Dale (Medeiros) Harrison, he was the loving father of John D. Harrison; son of John W. Harrison and the late Theresa (Ahern) Harrison; brother of James P. Harrison and Jeanette T. Harrison. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews. John was a carpenter and a member of Local 33. He was an avid hockey player and he was the first inductee into the Silver Lake Athletic Hall of Fame. Funeral from the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett St., Pembroke, Friday, Sept. 16, at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass at St. Thecla's Church, Rte. 53, Pembroke, at 10 a.m. Interment in Center Cemetery, Pembroke.
