  Donald L. Boone July 18, 2013 The Express Save | Donald L. Boone, 73, of Little March Creek, died Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at his home. He was born in Howard on Oct. 14, 1939, son of the late Frank and Pauline Confer Boone. He was married to Patricia Peasley on Jan. 10, 1976. Patricia proceeded him in death in April 2006. Don worked at the Oviston Brickyard before he began his career with Warner Co., Belletfonte Lime and Graymount over a span of 40 years, retiring in 2006. He belonged to the Howard VFW and the Beech Creek American Legion. Don enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to sales. He also liked hopping in his car and driving around. He is survived by two sisters, Rhoda "sis" (Jim) Miller and Ruth (Dale) Miller, of Little Marsh Creek; one brother, James (Loretta) Boone, of Little Marsh Creek; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Summit Hill Wesleyan Church, 1725 Summit Hill Road, Howard. Rev Kenneth D. Stephens will be officiating.
