  The Columbus Dispatch, Columbus, OH, Saturday, January 7, 1948 Mrs. Rosalie E. Meurer, 37 of 623 Oakwood Av, died Saturday in Grant Hospital following an extended illness. A member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church, she is survived by her husband Chester W.; her father Chester W. Tharp; three brothers, James M. and Robert E. Tharp, both of Columbus and Wilfred Tharp of Sayre, Ohio and a sister, Mrs. Charles Wetherholt of Maysdale, Texas. Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. in the R. E. Rutherford funeral chapel. Burial will be in Union Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon Sunday.
