  	DORILDA AINSWORTH, 91, of Robeson Street, formery of Pleasant Street, a former nurse, died yesterday at the Fall River Jewish Home. She was the wife of the late James W. Ainsworth. A lifelong Fall River resident, she was a daughter of the late Hilaire and Alphonsine (Gaudreau) Bolduc. A registered nurse, she had worked for the former General, Truesdale and Union Hospitals and St. Anne's Hospital for many years and had also been a private-duty nurse. She was a 1931 graduate of the Fall River General Hospital School of Nursing. A member of Notre Dame Parish, Mrs. Ainsworth was a former member of the Catholic Order of Foresters. She was a member of the Fall River Catholic Nurses Association, and the Retired State, County and Municipal Employees Association. She leaves three sons, John T. Ainsworth of Fall River, and Russell F. and Paul D. Ainsworth, both of Westport; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late James W. "Buddy" Ainsworth Jr. and sister of the late Arthur, Raoul, Adelard and Adrien Bolduc. The funeral will be held Wednesday at 8 a.m. from Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St., with a funeral Mass at 9 in Notre Dame Church, Eastern Avenue. Entombment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum. (Date of pub: 8-15-2000)

  Dorilda Ainsworth, 91 FALL RIVER -- Dorilda (Bolduc) Ainsworth, R.N., 91, of Robeson Street, formerly of Pleasant Street, died Sunday, Aug. 13, 2000, at the Fall River Jewish Home. She was the widow of James W. Ainsworth. A lifelong resident of Fall River, the was the daughter of the late Hilaire and Alphonsine (Gaudreau) Bolduc. A registered nurse, she was a 1931 graduate of the Fall River General Hospital School of Nursing, and worked at Pondville Hospital, Wrentham; General, Truesdale and Union hospitals; and St. Anne's Hospital for many years. She also was a private-duty nurse. A member of Notre Dame Church and a former member of the Catholic Order of Foresters, she was a member of the Fall River Catholic Nurses Association and Retired State, County and Municipal Employees Association. Survivors include three sons, John T. Ainsworth and his wife, Janet, of Fall River, Russell F. Ainsworth and his wife, Beverly, and Paul D. Ainsworth and his wife, Jeannine, all of Westport; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late James W. "Buddy" Ainsworth Jr. and the sister of the late Arthur Bolduc, Raoul Bolduc, Adelard Bolduc and Adrien Bolduc. Her funeral will be at 8 a.m. Wednesday at Auclair Funeral Home, 690 S.
