- L. M. Williams Dies Suddenly
Purchasing Agent for A. J. Sordoni Co. Victim of Heart Attack
Loren M. Williams, 53, of 50 Meyers street, Forty Fort, died suddenly yesterday morning in the office of A. J. Sordoni Construction Co., Owens street, Forty Fort, of a heart attack. Mr. Williams was purchasing agent for the firm and had only been in his office a short while when stricken. He was born in Loyalville and had been a resident of Forty Fort for thirty-two years where he took a prominent part in community activities. He had been with the Sordoni company for a number of years. Mr. Williams was a member of Wyoming lodge, F. & A. M., Keystone Consistory at Scranton and Irem Temple. Surviving are his wife, formerly Miss Edith Hawke, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Lambert Bowman, Weintz; Mrs. Mary Hirlinger, Red Rock; Mrs. Ralph H. Rood, Dallas; Herbert R. Williams, Scranton and Roger K. Williams of Loyalville.
