- Robert P. Long (Bob), 53, of Howard, passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024.
Born on Oct. 18, 1970, in Lock Haven, he was the son of Deanna (Pletcher) and the late Robert A. Long.
Bob was a graduate of Bald Eagle Area High School. He was a member of Boy Scout Troop 353, member of the Snow White Hunting Camp and a member of the Howard Fire Company for over 30 years.
Bob will be missed so much by so many, however it is comforting to know that he has been reunited with his dad once again.
In addition to his mother, Deanna, Bob is survived by one brother, David T. Long and his wife Jessica, two nephews, Isaac and Lucas, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held for Bob at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Howard Fire Company or the Boy Scout Troop 353.
