Howard, Pennsylvania - Judy Jean Coder, born on August 16, 1953, was taken to be with our Lord, on December 21, 2021. She resided in Howard, Pa.
She was preceded in death by her parents Paul A. & Anna Elizabeth Rockey Coder. Paul A. Coder Jr. a brother, also preceded her in death. She is survived by Jay A. Coder and his wife Linda (Holderman) Coder and Connie A. Brininger and her husband James L. Brininger, both of Howard. She has 13 nieces and nephews, with 17 great- nieces and nephews and 1 great- great- niece.
Judy was a devoted church going person until Covid hit, then she praised God through the TV ministries. She was baptized at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Snydertown. She had attended the Assembly of God Church, in Mill Hall until it closed. Then she went to the New Hope of Bellefonte. She last attended the Trinity Reformed Church of Hublersburg where she received the spiritual enjoyment that she loved. She was a special Chrisitan and was a voice for God all her life. She was well loved by everyone.
She was a 1971 graduate of Bellefonte High School. After high school she was employed with the Lock Haven Police Dept. for a few years. She decided to move to Arizona with a friend and worked as a dog caregiver. She eventually moved back to PA. and worked as an Assistant Court Administrator for 35 years. Judy loved her job and worked hard at it. She was well liked by her associates and the people she came in contact with. She enjoyed being with family and friends and she enjoyed watching animals and all their antics. Judy loved spending her vacations at Grange Fair from childhood to adulthood. She will be missed by all.
