      Janice was a caregiver. She was a member of the Howard V.F.W.

      She is survived by one son; Tory W. (Crystal) Confer of Howard, two step-sons; Stanley (Polly Jo) Donahay of Monument and Brandon (Brenda) Donahay of Blanchard, one daughter; Betsy (Joe Ballard) Baker of Howard, one brother; Wayne P. (Carol) Gardner of Zion, one sister; Chery A. (Terry) Prisk of Bellefonte, thirteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way.
