- Terry Ray Confer September 18, 1961 December 10, 2018 Terry Ray Confer, 57, of Bellefonte, passed away Monday, December 10, 2018, in Bellefonte. He was born on September 18, 1961 in Lock Haven, the son of the late Jerry E. Confer and Margaret A. Confer, of Bellefonte. He worked at Centre Crest Nursing Home in Bellefonte in the maintenance Dept., and formerly worked at Penn State. Terry was a member of the Undine Fire Co. and the Bellefonte VFW. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and in his earlier years he liked riding motorcycles. Along with his mother, he is survived by three brothers, Gary (Jaci), of Zion, Timothy (Vicky), of Pleasant Gap and Thomas (Sandy), of Howard; one sister, Sharon Herman, of Centre Hall; a niece, Kenna Kurtz; a nephew, Shane Billett; and a great niece and nephew. He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law Dennis Herman. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at the Kader-Neff Funeral Home, 135 Main Street, Howard with Pastor Cindy Killinger officiating. Friends and family will be received from 9-11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Jacksonville Cemetery.
